Prototypes 

Many of our Customers come to us for help with Prototype Projects.  Having capabilities like Thermoforming and CNC Milling can be incredibly useful when creating prototypes. Thermoforming is a process that involves heating a plastic sheet and then shaping it over a mold to create a specific shape. CNC milling, on the other hand, involves using a computer-controlled machine to cut and shape like wood, metal, and plastic. We can create prototypes that require a high level of accuracy and consistency.  We can also provide assembly including product packaging. Give us a call if you have any other questions.
